i didn't hard reset after buying mine i've had mine for exactly a week now seems to be running fine except everyonce in a while ill get a program error saying that the app crashed and to send info to microsoft. this happen to anyone else?

after doing some reading it looks like that random crashing is an issue lol, i'm gonna hard reset when i get home from work and post if it fixes the random crashes

I cannot hard reset!!! I know the button sequence but it just asks me if I want to power down.

do u see the instructions before the splash screen to hard reset? i cant get this to hard reset for the life of me .. holding down power button.. powering off... then holding down volume down button and center button on d pad.. then pressing and holding power button on top and nothing ... just loads up normal
