did you get a replacment or an upgrade? the tech support guy that handled mine said they can only do new orders up until the 1st of december... since mine was a replacement I have to wait..

i want it now! even if it is gimpy it's still better than the 6800.

Called tech support and they're going to swap out my 6800 for a touch pro but they don't have them in stock to ship replacements until next Monday... he also said the Omnia is coming out on Weds but I prefer sticking with a phone with a keyboard... he didn't mention any price difference so I guess I can't complain too much.. will try the next gimped touch pro next week and see how bad it is. lol

What were the issues with the Titan you had and how many did you have replaced until they offered the Touch Pro? I just called on Saturday and was replaced a brand new Titan which will be around my 4-5th one. I called back this morning and was told the I760 was the alternative replacement, but it is not available anymore. ?? I left it at that. I may try to call them back today with more info at hand.

i just ordered mines with next day delivery so im supposed to have it tomorrow if its no good im definately going to make use of the 30 days and get my money back. i hope its good tho...ill find out for myself tomorrow

So dioes it have 128 ram? Or 192? The site says 128.. but some ppl are saying its 128 after touch flow. In which i dought..

it has 192mb of ram the verizon site is crap ...if u compare the touch pro to the 6800 it clearly says the touch pro features 192mb of ram...it also has a accelerometer but the verizon site doesnt mention it either....we'll be better informed when someone actually gets the phone imo

I was on my 3rd one... I had some nasty tech support people the last time I called in and sent a complaint so I think they were being extra nice to me this time around. Previous issues were broken buttons and keys on the keyboard... honestly nothing really seriously wrong this time around but I said it was incredibly slow, fails to wakeup sometimes, misses calls (rings on last ring), just overall not happy since I got the phone... I did throw a few extra details in there that might not have been 100% truthful but I knew it would send them over the edge to give me a replacement. I honestly didn't fight with them too much they offered a different phone based on the way I was complaining.

im really good at complaining... lol

Yes it has accelerometer and 192 for ram.

Well I just got Verizon to send me a new Touch Pro. Am very interested in the phone and will have to see how I like it compared to the 6900 that I have now. But which ROM would be best for the Touch Pro for CDMA. All I have found so far seem to be from GSM phones.
