11/3 and it is solid except after i took off that clear plastic it had after a few days i noticed the lower chrome has 3 little chips parallel,(my last one had a crack in the chrome near the volume keys) finally have it the way i like it though ..

Just got the phone 12/17
No issues (thank god)
-Battery life is amazing
-Keyboard is solid with little jiggle
-I have to fight the battery cover to remove it (it is locked in good)
-The hardware buttons are nice and level
-The touch screen is a little less sensitive on the outside edge but far from annoying (just means I have to use a bit of the tip of my finger instead of the whole huge clunky thing)

No heat issues? I'm about to call my mom and have her buy me a unit since the Best Buys here don't support Sprint.

No issues at all with heat. It gets slightly warm around the camera and at the keys on the other side of the camera with a fair bit of use. I have yet to do a call lasting more than 2 hours, but then again I don't think I will.
