ok, second level tech support did some things on their end and we ended up doing a hard reset. after that we went into the msl page and reentered my number in the msid fields, restarted and now data works. weather is still down however.
so maybe if any are having data issues just do a hard reset..that may be all you need to do...
I just woke up and it still doesn't work. The thing is, it has never worked... My old phone still works... Its like they never set the thing to port. I guess I will be heading to BB when they open.
If I was you I would call Sprint. They could probably get it done over the phone, assuming BB did the paperwork correct.

Try turning your old phone off. When I ported my number, I turned my both phones off then after a minute turned the new one on. Port was done in less than five minutes.
