I have no data...
 

I have the touch pro, and have no data service at all. No internet, pic mail, weather etc... Plus my tf3d is pretty slow, any one have any thoughts?

I couldn't get data working on it either despite having Sprint send the provisioning signal mutliple times. I got it working by going start, settings, system, update profile. Let me know if that works for you.

Check to make sure data plan is active, also attempt a hard reset and check connection settings.

What was going on was the phone profile or account profile wasn't updated, this can happen from time to time.

So I got mine too, and had the same issues. This should almost be stickied. I just called up Sprint and got tech support and asked for my MSL and the nice lady gave it to me and asked if i wanted help, I told her I was on the phone and I did't have another one so i would try it myself.

Fixed the very first try with these instructions. Great!!! Thanks.

Had the same issue on both my touch pro's (girlfriend and mine) and fixed it the same way thanks guys! Still can't download weather though.

Let me start by saying I switched to Sprint from US Cellular tonight to get this phone. I had BB port my existing number over and the Sprint person (they called to confirm) said that it can take 2-4+ hours to port over a number. I was curious because the number under Settings -> Phone is a different number than the number that I want to port. They told me that it is a temporary number until the porting is complete.... Is that correct?
