How realistic is it that best buy will have the pro on the 26th? If this is true then I wont sign up for EVP. The nearest best buy to me is 75 miles away, should I plan to make that drive on the 26th. I dont care how much it costs.

Why not just call in, instead of driving that far? Much cheaper and it'll save you the drive if your closest Best Buy didn't get a shipment.

As for EVP, if you pre-order, doesn't mean you can't cancel.

You are correct Best buy is the main store to obtain the pro first per sprints information but again subject to change but not likley. But to make everything simple

NOTE: All are subject to change and is only the main estimate from HTC and Spint Information per conference call.

Best Buy - Ship oct 24th and received by 26th

Available for Sale and EVP processing - Nov 1st to 2nd

Sprint store - Discussion for Middle of Nov. possibly later depending on low stock and quantity.

Just curious, but what shipment company delivers on Sundays? Is it Best Buy's own shipping or possibly they'll receive by the 25th via FedEx or USPS? And available for sale on Sunday the 26th?

Bax Global possibly? I THINK they deliver on sundays, I'm not sure though.

So you're telling me that since I've had my line of service for only 14 months, I'll be paying $579-75=$504 for this device, PLUS I'd have to extend my contract for 2 more years? If that's the case, I'm appalled.....

make sure you call before you go. Some best buys sell sprint and some sell tmobile, but not both. I just called, and the nearest one that sells sprint is like 40 miles away.

not sure if anyone asked this but hey did they fix the mms problem the diamond had cause i would hate for the touch pro not have "true mms" out the box
