Nice...well, I'm pullin' for you. Hopefully the priority is to make sure that the units are 100% okay to ship over making the best buy "deadline."

As much as I'd like the phone sooner than later, I'd prefer as flawless a phone as possible.

I to am in the same boat. I'm only eligible for the $75 off and the fact that the phone will cost me $504 is crazy!! I've never spent this much on a phone before but honestly I need to ditch this v9m and go back to using a winmo phone for school and work. Would it be possible for me to call up sprint and negotiate a lower price even though I still have 1 year left on my contract? If so who would I call?

Call retentions. Be very polite and explain how you are frustrated with your phone. Mention wanting to go to the iPhone because you need a phone that works. Say you are always freezing, rebooting, and the keyboard acts strange sometimes. Say how it is strange for Sprint's most expensive phone to do this. Say how you really need a different phone because you are having serious issues with this one. Explain how you've talked to other reps in stores and they said people are having similar issues. Remember to be very polite, and be persistent.
