It would be fantastic if it comes out to the same price as buying it from sprint with a new 2 year contract ( after 22months+) but without having to actual deal with the $100 rebate. I would be more than satisfied with that (plus not having to wait until the 2nd or whatever).

The 20% on top of that would be Gravy!

Well, don't get too excited yet. It'll only happen if they don't run across any major errors within the next 2 days? And even then, someone from Best Buy said that all shipments for the weekend are in by Thursday (unless it's a special shipment) and if the Touch Pros are sent with a "special shipment," no telling if they'll be available to sell immediately.

My guess, assuming everything goes smoothly, is Best Buy would have them on the floor ready for sale next Wednesday or Thursday.

Looking good so far and sprint is really pushing for this. They really want orders to be available on Nov 1st to 2nd and ship out 3rd to 4th

I'm pretty comfortable with that happening, based on what criticalaudioinc has stated thus far. And I do remember him saying that some EVP orders could ship out at the same time as Best Buy shipments.

If anything, it seems like the concern is making Best Buy's "exclusive" release (prior to regular release) and if that doesn't happen, worse case scenario would be Touch Pro would be available everywhere on 11/2?

I'm not sure 'bout my last paragraph, but that's what I've gathered.

You are correct Best buy is the main store to obtain the pro first per sprints information but again subject to change but not likley. But to make everything simple

NOTE: All are subject to change and is only the main estimate from HTC and Spint Information per conference call.

Available for Sale and EVP processing - Nov 1st to 2nd

Sprint store - Discussion for Middle of Nov. possibly later depending on low stock and quantity.

Just curious, but what shipment company delivers on Sundays? Is it Best Buy's own shipping or possibly they'll receive by the 25th via FedEx or USPS? And available for sale on Sunday the 26th?

Bax Global possibly? I THINK they deliver on sundays, I'm not sure though.
