In the fine print it states that the 20% off is only for new lines up upgraded lines...

I am not eligible for contract renewal. I am going to have to buy the phone at full price, but was curious if that 20% would work... seems to me it would not

If your calling your local Best Buy's please note that they really won't know until Thursday probably. That is when they get their last load before the weekend. Unkess it is a special shipment. The one that knew about the 4 coming was pretty confident in thinking that this was a fact. Hope he was right. I plan on making another rash of calls on Friday morning to confirm inventory from the Thursday loads... Fingers crossed!!! What really worries me is that I am not really concerned about the price, but rather just getting the darn thing. Not a good way to buy things!

Chances are they have 4 on order and not 4 in transit, no BBY warehouses have ANY yet, so NOONE had any in transit

All best buys get shipments on the same day?

It would seem to me to make more sense that they would get shipments on different days so that the trucks were always operating?

So who thinks the MIR will work with a best buy purchase? On this site, it states "Purchase your phone on Sprint.com or by phone through Sprint Customer Service." In the pdf, I didn't not find any such statement.

BBY does not do mail-in rebates. The phone is just $249 (or was it $279 I forget) new and $299 upgrade, no rebates

Diamond is 249 after rebates. Touch Pro is 299 after rebates.

Hi guys have a question for you... I already reupped my contract a month ago... but still have the upgrade left to do cuz I was waiting on Touch Pro... would best buy accept that... or no?

And would I get the 20% off... if this is the case? Let me know.. Or I can just go thru sprint. Does not matter to me...
