Try getting the latest rootfs file from here. http://xdandroid.southcape.org/rootfs/

Thanks for the help. I did get it to work without any new files. Don't know if going through an Airave had anything to do with it but now I can not install anything from the marketplace.
Thanks

Hey, I'm pretty new to this. I got Android running on my Sprint TP1 by installing 3/31 then 5/11 AIO. The 3/31 would actually freeze and reboot so I had to get to the home screen quickly.

Anyways, I've noticed that with any video playback, the video flickers incessantly. Is this because of the status of video drivers or something else?

Also, the Facebook app from marketplace falls to install. Startup is already at 210 lines.

Not sure what the cause of the market installations failing is, but it's been happening to a number of people. Fresh data.img seems to have helped a few, dumb luck has helped a few others.

Video problems are, I believe, due to issues with blitting. I don't have a good enough handle on the issues with video rendering to really understanding what that means for the likelihood of a fix.

If you're getting the Facebook app fails to install because it wasn't signed correctly or some sort of error like that, it might be a result of the FB app being pre-installed in the AIO package (I believe Makk has said that the market doesn't recognize when a package has been pre-installed, but I could be wrong there).

To fix this, I think what I did was to download Stinebd's clean system.sqsh file (which contains the system files) build from 14.4.10 located here. Download it, rename it to system.sqsh and replace the system.sqsh on your sdcard. Delete your data.img file and reboot.

ps, all screen row in boot are green...pengiun linux too... it's normal ?

I've never heard of this before... everything is green? No, that's not normal. Maybe some problem with the video driver? Are you sure you're running on a RAPH800 (CDMA)?

I agree, it would be nice to be able to isolate the specific issue that causes this... but I'm afraid by the time we figure it out, the EVO will be out :???:

Just going to think out loud here...

Take a good running install and backup the data.img.
Replace the rootfs wioth the newest and rebuild. Check to see if everything works.
Switch back to original rootfs and check the latest zimage and see if that works.
Repeat with everything else that has been updated. If everything works by itself, try again with replacing two things at a time. So on and so forth.
I would do this but I don't have the time right now, fiance has been having some medical problems.

Just wanted to check back in and say that the 3/03->overwrite with 05/11 AIO workaround allowed me to boot these new versions for the first time... Thanks to everyone who keeps working on this... it's pretty great.
