Returned My TP 2 - Page 5

i can usually pull 24 hours easily with decent usage...im not complaining or buying an aftermarket battery

I know where he's coming from. Being somewhat of a ppc hacker, I know what the phone is capable of and what it's not. For example better 3D, FM Radio, Wifi with static ip's while switching between 3G. The phone has some medium level bugs, that we all know that Sprint and Verizon are'nt going to fix anytime soon. So that leaves it up to us to fix these issues. We all do a pretty good job at it. But without a HSPL available, this phone is lacking. There already new phones out with better TF3D this TP2. Windows 7 is gonna be nice . 349.99 for a phone that lacks features that a 49.99 phone has is un-logical to me. Granted I got my TP2 for 149.99, so it wasnt too bad. But the new Tilt2 is looking really Nice !. I might have to go GSM.

yea that fake chrome over plastic is so sexy....and those blue markings over a plasticky looking silver keyboard....pure genius

To each their own. I had the Sprint TP1 with that sexy chrome over plastic. And that silver keyboard is going to be a lot easier to see in the dark during my "sessions". Since the dark keyboard only stays backlit for a few seconds and the reg hacks dont work anymore. Oh and those numbers as a pad instead of Alpha Rowed is a lot easier to use, rather than squishing your fingers into the top row to type a 0. Especially when the screen is tilted. Unless of course the user is a person who has small hands and fingers.

I hate to see you return your TP2, it'd be nice phone if Cmonex releases the unlocker so we can use or cook rom to wm 6.5 as TP1 and hoping that it solves bluetooth problem. At this time, bluetooth of TP2 is terrible. HTC should use better bluetooth stack.

That's too bad (directed at the OP) i had the chance to play with the TP2 and i loved it. i will be getting one with my Christmas bonus

every one has there preference... and guess what... you guys can critique me (although u probably wont because im staff but i welcome it! as long as its tasteful!) but i LOVEEEE my treo 700WX and still as well as my TP1. also the Treo its a tank it gets my job done and no gps lag :P

I agree I still have my Treo 700wx, use it for TomTOm..lol haven't found out what to do with my TP1 yet. Feel bad he got rid of it but no phone is going to make EVERYONE happy.
