yea, your one of the few people who have an issue with the battery, somehow this phone goes football lengths better in battery life then my original touch pro did and im like a phone *****, im on my phone all day texting,emailing, and calling.

Battery life is better because Qualcomm and Broadcom agreed to stop suing each other over patents, specifically the one for a CDMA power-saving mode.

It doesn't hurt that the processor die has been shrunk and the screen has been improved to a much more efficient one and the battery is 1500 mAh. Out of the box, I find that the TP2 has similar battery life to the original TP.

Oh God no, TP1 batt sucked I go like almost 2 days on 1 charge on the same usage or more.
