What do you guys mean by "hardware fault"...are you saying that his phone is causing the drain and that a replacement phone would solve the problem?

Yup i didnt have a choice, the replacement was just a phone with nothing else included and the battery life is fantastic

Hmmm...I'm past 30 days now so it probably won't be so easy to get it replaced...everything else with mine is perfect...

Well if you have Asurion you can very likely get any fees waived and get it replaced at no cost!
