Well I just tried calling and got my bill reduced by $14 a month and the screen protectors, tax and shipping refunded. Probably just end up calling on oct 1st

Dead pixel issue? My Sprint TP2 does not have this problem...no dead pixels, no stuck pixels, no green pixels with camera test...no problems at all so nice try stirring up the pot...

No dice here. I'll call back on the 1st.

Did manage to get Pick 5 added onto both of my lines for free though.... But I did do some research and taking into account a couple of discounts I'm able to get via VerizonW I could come out cheaper with them for the first year with more but I'd end up losing $70 by the second year (Including activation taxes and all that jazz). Then again I don't use the phone (Calls, text, data) much at all anyway.
