I just ordered mine yesterday should be here tuesday I will ask about the I wll see what they will do then.

Thanks a bunch for the tip. I called, got transferred to retentions and they agreed to credit me the difference. Not too much trouble. Kudos to Sprint for keeping their loyal customers happy.

Its sad that you have to call more then once.....I just called back and SUPV adjusted my account $150 effective within 24hrs.......What is sprint doing......Don't they know this is not good business practice to have everyone do what they feel....... KEEP TRYING EVERYONE And yes you can still use your MIR

They will tell you they dont know about the price match, some will get rude, others will say you need a corporate account, they cant do any price adjustments, Verizon price plans or higher, call back Oct 1st..I even have a friend that has a cousin thats the manager of a entire center that said that he couldnt do it.....Tell them to cancel all your lines right now...And you wanted visual voice mail and call forwarding anyways......See what they say? If that doesnt work, demand a supervisor "not a floor walker, or known as acting supervisor"...And tell them you have proof...You have friend bills in front of you "which in reality the people who have posted the adjustments on this site"....BUT dont tell them about the site, that will get you a big HELL NAW. Account Service/Retentions number 877-755-4886 KEEP TRYING .....Also mods these two threads need to be merged.

well they did it for me, I called 877-775-4886. and spoke to a nice young woman. She told me "we once" matched prices, but not any more. When i asked to talk to a supervisor she said"let me talk to mine for you" and next thing i know I have a phone on the way!
it will take 4-7 days for my account to be credited but yeah NEW Pro²!!

I just called too and got the same BS line about their plan is way more. If the guys name was Ivan, then it was the same dude.
I told him I dont care how much I saved on a plan over 2 years......I might be dead in 3 months

so that does nothing for me NOW.

He told me to fax a copy of the Verizon price match, so Im copying from the web and faxing to him....after I photoshop out the sold out logo.

BTW im a premier customer of 14 years straight.

so I just got off the fone with a lady, at first she was kinda of snappy with me but then I told her she was really seriously about to lose my two lines to verizon and she instantly became nice...the only problem is she could only give me a 75 dollar credit adjustment. I'm goin to try to call back and see if I can get another 75 off, but i'm also hearing it's only for corporate accts too

After an hour and 7 transfers, I finally got to a retentions supervisor. And was told that because of my account type there was no price adjustments or credits available. I am on a $30 Sero account and do understand that, but could you all add what kind of account you have if you get the adjustment or not. I will try back tomorrow, then wait until Oct 1st to see if the price actually drops. I didn't call the number above, I called *2 from my phone. Not good with a Sero account.

I did get offered a $50 credit from the retentions guy, but then was transfered to his supervisor when I didnt jump on the deal.

she issued acu or something like that, she said that she will send me a email conformation and give me a call back tuesday to make sure everything has went thru and that they are "ABLE TO DO PRICE MATCHES AGAINST THEIR COMPETITORS" so when ever I get the case number I'll post it's contents

I called and was told it was only for the corporate account something or other.

called retentions and no luck. he did confirm that the corporate 199.00 special. but you have to have a 'corporate liable' account (business pays for phone/bill) and not just a corporate discount. guess i will have to wait til oct 1. i did get the $70 renewal credit on a new 2 year contract.
