This is why im glad i joined this site! 20 min. with the online chat at sprint.com and was first offered 50 credit and i didnt accept and then was offered 100 additional credit as her next message. i now have a sprint touch pro2 coming by tuesday for 299.99 with 100 mir!

I got my TP2 last week. When I called in (twice) to inquire about the price matching, I was told(this morning) that they are not matching price and to wait to see if it happens tomorrow on the web site. Other than that, there is nothing they can do. I have been with Sprint for 13 years. I guess I'll have to call retentions next.

On the phone with retentions now and getting the same BS line. No info on a price match. Other carriers plans are higher so they cost you more in the long run. Rep is checking with SUPV, will let you know what happens.... on hold......was told to leave a message for the SUPV and they will call me back today to resolve my issue. We will see what happens....

You more than likely will have to sign a new contract, I had to...
I had no problem signing a new one...I've been with them almost 10 years, i don't think i am going anywhere anytime soon... |
