They will tell you they dont know about the price match, some will get rude, others will say you need a corporate account, they cant do any price adjustments, Verizon price plans or higher, call back Oct 1st..I even have a friend that has a cousin thats the manager of a entire center that said that he couldnt do it.....Tell them to cancel all your lines right now...And you wanted visual voice mail and call forwarding anyways......See what they say? If that doesnt work, demand a supervisor "not a floor walker, or known as acting supervisor"...And tell them you have proof...You have friend bills in front of you "which in reality the people who have posted the adjustments on this site"....BUT dont tell them about the site, that will get you a big HELL NAW. seems your one of those who just knows how to work sprint well how about this TELL EVERYONE TO KEEP THE CONVO UNDER 9 MINUTES that helps every rep because people get fired for being on the phone too long and you make it very hard on reps
