Sprint 'MIGHT' match Verizon's $199 Price

I called the 800 number on Sprint's website. Pressed option 2, then 0 to speak to a live operator. Told the woman i bought a TP2 3 days ago for $350 and Verizon has it now for $199 and id like them to match it. She spoke with her supervisor, came back and said she would match the price and credit the account the difference. Said it would take 3-4 days to go through but she would call back when it was done. Easy stuff.

wow, is it that easy. that would be awesome. the price of the tp2 keeps me away from the phone. I would only buy it if there was a price drop. this is encouraging.

1-888-211-4727 then option 2, then 0 to speak to an operator. You will need your account pin number as usual so have that ready. Just tell them you bought it the other day for X and verizon has it for $199 and you would like them to match it. Be friendly and dont threaten them with cancelling right out of the gate.

Do you have SERO plan or regular plan. I tried to price match but got shoot down because I have SERO plan

I am part of a business account that has a 3000 minute share plan and my phone is just an add on to that plan (with separate data, texting, etc) but I bought the phone with full eligibility discount.

Test them u was in the Verizon store and you saw the Touch Pro2 in there and they was offering a discount if you port ur number over to Verizon. I had to try 1 and the second time was a success so try again with that story.

Its the real deal just call or ask for rentensions, do not waste time with normal customer service.

Just talked to rentension, told rep about the price drop and that my coworkers were able to successfully negotiate the $199.00 price. Put me on hold for 1 minute came back and said "$150 instant adjustment has been applied to your account bringing the cost to you of $199, is there anything else I could do for you sir"

tried 3 times today no one was able to hook me up. The best I got was a $30 service credit. Which I happily took, but have you seen Verizon is now selling the TP2 for $1 forty FRICKIN 9...YES $149 no mail in rebate...UGGGGGGGGGGHhhh
