Yep. I have them stored as contacts so I don't have to hit Opt 1 or 2 each time.

Well I'm officially stuck back in perpetual 1X land. Have done a dozen resest and completely locked out of *228 now.

Gonna leave it this way just so it's 'in there system' as being connected via 1X for a long time. Probably call tomorrow and try a DMU reset again

I looked in ##33284 under HDR and there's no IP address and AAA Authenticated has the repeating numbers and = signs so it won't even authenticate now

Sorry to hear that. When you call tomorrow or whenevern, call Kevin directly and have him do the DMU reset. The more and more we contact him, the more pressure he can put on the engineers to get this mess figured out.

Hey guys, are any of you using Exchange or some other type of push email program? Or are you using the push data feature of Opera? Or do you have a program that's almost constantly pulling data/syncing up to something?

If you haven't already please send Kevin a detailed email regarding your problem, the ticket # and their response. Kevin's contact information is on post #1.

I'm wondering if that could be a common denominator here.
