Stopped at a Sprint store on sat or sunday and the chick there told me that if I ordered on tues before 2pm, it would be in the next day, she was pretty confident about that too.

I think she said $349 maybe? I've been out of contract on my SERO for probably almost a year, or maybe even more.

I might try and call tele sales in the morning before I goto the store.....`

I almost pulled the trigger online a few minutes ago, but decided to wait and call in to see if I can get the $70 re-signing credit too. And maybe even make a pitch for a credit for the mail-in rebate, though I haven't heard of that working. I don't like the language in the online agreement, which makes it sound like they can change the plan, blah, blah, blah. I'm sure it's routine, and they can anyway, but I've never heard telesales say that

to let you guys know if you are selling your Pro on ebay or craigslist to compenstate the pro of the TP2, look out for a guy that may contact you name: smith4ben3@yahoo.com.
he claims he is in NY but when it all comes down to it the guy is overseas some where and sends you bogus paypal confermation of payments.

I called lastnight and ordered and they gave me the credit for the mail in rebate! I didnt even ask!! AND they said they have a special promotion for me and gave it to me for $319!! I was like , WOW!!!!!!!! LOL

Cool, what was the special promotion? Resigning bonus? Don't know? Who did you call, Telesales or Retentions?

She didnt say what it was but I KNOW I called Sprint PREMIER telesales, NOT the normal telesales. If you are a Sprint Premier Customer the number to Premier Telesales is 888-215-4178.

well i just checked my tracking number and it now they changed my delivery date today instead of tomorrow so im sure those of yall that had the delivery date changed chances are theyll change back to today and youll get your phones like me!!!:)

Yeah, I ordered mine last Thursday too. It was supposed to be overnighted but evidently the Sprint warehouse messed up and sent it ground, so I had the LONG weekend. Does yours even show that it is physically close to your location yet? Maybe you got the "ground special" and you're farther out from Kentucky than I am.

Mine is also out for delivery and this was after my delivery date change from Tuesday to Wednesday.. Checked it this morn and at 8:56 central, it was out for delivery.

at least u guys have a tracking number. ordered friday morning around 7 am. have order number but no tracking number! this is sprint so no one knows anything when u call or chat online

ahh, i was just curious because they ship refurbs next day and it wouldn't make sense to not offer it for new phones.

According to Telesales order department, they have no options to give you when you order. They typically ship next day air saver or next day air PM, but they don't guarantee that means next day. Make sense? ;)

usually you have to ask and they tell you you it's an extra $12. most people in here ordered last week and don't have it yet.

I have never in my 12 years with sprint had to pay for overnight shipping but I have always bought a new (just came out) phone. I have had to pay extra for accessories though.

Hi all,

i just got mines, so far i like it but no pouch nor headphones and it cost me 411 bucks assuming that i'll get the 100 mail in rebate. yeah so now i have to buy a pouch and probably some BOSE headset.

I offered to pay for overnight, stressing that I didn't want to have to wait through the long weekend for my phone. I was told they don't offer the overnight, that it is done automatically anyway. Nevertheless, in my case the warehouse somehow screwed up the shipping option and it got changed to ground. Most people here though have posted that theirs was sent overnight of some sort.
