I got mine earlier today.. I was leavin home and saw the UPS truck turn on some random street; so I followed him. Lol (Obsessive, I know.. lol); He gave me my package without any inquiry of I.D. (which I thought was weird, b/c if he wouldve gave my package to some random *** person I woulda been upset to say the least) And I've been in love ever since. lol

I also went to the sprint store b/c I found that tax wen ordering thru telesales was kinda high ($53.. Im from TX so tax is 8.25%.. It jus didnt add up). A rep was actually from Louisville and he told me tax there was higher so I understood..

They didnt have the phone yet so they were basically drooling over mine and a couple of them actually left customers they were helping to crowd around me and my phone..
Asking, "Can I just hold it?" lol

Did ups leave anybodies sprint shipment at their door? I called ups and they said they wont leave it at the door. I live in a very nice area and most stuff is usually left at the door if i'm not home but UPS told me this particular shipment wouldn't be left at the door because of sprint and the only way was for me to leave a note on the door telling ups to leave it, which of course i can't do because i'm already at work. I just want to know if anybody else's was left at the door or is it a must sign package.

Many people hit the contact sprint button on sprint.com and sent emails to them. Many people have had a reply back to the email getting from $100 to $150 credit on the account, hope this helps. Most of the people doing this have been long time customers.

i just got mines at 7:05 my driver said he was going to head back to the local ups but he saw it was from sprint and decided to deliver since he is also waiting on his TP2!

For anyone who wants to order online here's what I did. I'm on the $30 SERO plan and have been for about 25 months. I'm upgrading from a Touch Pro, and had a Titan on the same plan prior to that.

I entered the EPRP (Everything Plus Referral Program) site with the email/ID # from slickdeals.com. Then I selected the Touch Pro2 from their list of available phones and selected the "Upgrade/Replace" option. I then selected the 24 month contract under "Upgrade Pricing for You".

After I skipped the following page for adding accessories, it took me to checkout showing the $150 upgrade discount and $100 mail in rebate with a total one time charge of $449.99.

After hitting checkout it automatically said it would apply the charge to my bill and asked me for my email address, phone number, and delivery time. It then took me to the verification screen after finding my account, asking me again for the employee email/ID #, defaulted to free overnight shipping, and totaled to $481.49 after tax (Virginia).

No issues so far, hopefully I'll get it in the next couple of days!

Well, I went ahead and ordered one.

My year old Diamond fell into the bath tub while my kids were taking a bath. Now it won't turn on.

For kicks I logged into the Sprint site to see how much the TP2 would run me. To my surprise I'm eligible for an upgrade with $150 off and the $100 rebate even though I've only had the Diamond for a year.

The order was placed tonight. I hope to receive the phone by Thursday.

Just ordered mine, I tried on the phone to get a price match to Verizon, but that's a no-go yet, then I tried to get the $70, but no-go on my SERO.

I've got 30 days to try to get a price match... I think I'll play the ol' sticker shock game, when I get it and Verizon officially releases theirs...:twisted:

I plan on doing something similar, We do have 30 days to return the phone, So I'm prolly gonna end up returning it after a little bit to see if I can use this to my advantage. I'm out of contract and only got 75 off. I'd be fine with 150 and they would not budge. I don't even want to match verizons price, just want a 150 off, that'd bring it down to 450 and that is doable.

well, I had to deposit some monies at the bank before I placed my order today. Stopped into a store and the guy told me they couldn't order it and wrote down a phone number for me to call. (a previous store said they could order it and it would be ther the next day, not sure how true that was)

Called the number and immediately a person answered (an american) transfered me to a sales rep, which that sales rep transfered me to another once she realized that I had a SERO account.

Got the $150 off and when got down to agreeing for the contract, I said "Wait, my plan is not going to change at all right?" (obviously this is being recorded) and she no.

I thought I was free and clear, she then asked me if I could tell her the name of the employee that referred me the SERO plan, I told her I didn't remember it was a few years ago. She also asked me if I ever was an employee of sprint, which is a negative.

But she said I was all set to go, so will see what happens.
