Mine is ordered as well 2-5 business days...I guess sumtime early next week ...Phone was $599 with $150 off for Premier Plan and $100 rebate coming as well...They tried to sell me a Screen Protector...But I already have the case and protector waiting for it...Can't wait to get it...I'll do a track on the order and see when I will get it...:headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:

Has anyone ordered through telesales using your their $150 upgrade option to make it cheaper from the $450 price listed? Does anyone know if you would eligble for the $100 rebate and this upgrade discount when the phone comes out? Thanks

Was about to get it for $349 AR since my contract was expired and I was lucky enough that my Touch Pro never showed up in there system as being an upgrade. So existing customers can get it for $349 AR if your contract is expired and you haven't upgraded your phone in 23 months.

P.S. Im on the $30 SERO Plan. Might have to fight for my rebate, but I have had to do that before. Ain't scared!

When I order mine this morning,the rep told me I'm not eligible for the $100 rebate since I only pay $5 for my unlimited data plan,it sucks.

Well i bought 2 of them today got my confirmation e-mail blah blah blah and the total was 449.99 plus 81.90 tx that was for 2 of them.

The telesales guy told me then i have a 18$ per line activation charge and a 12$ shipping charge.Well as you can guess noway i was paying any shipping fee or activation fee so he waived both fee's and made the shipping overnight for free also :)

Ordered via The Philippines. I got the preferred customer price; however because the line it is being purchased for was not eligible for an upgrade for 6 weeks, no mail in rebate 'cause I will be activating it on a different line. Then the $20 equipment tax - $479.67 with the shipping and activation waived. Stated over night; however to Paradise there is no such thing as over night shipping.

Forgot to add that I was given off $100 the next bill for renewing the contract.

Just ordered mine as well, as I asked multiple times to confirm this is for the TP2 and he said definitely yes. He also reiterated that shipping and activation are free for me, and that I get the $150 upgrade off as well as $100 MIR, which will bring my total ultimately to $349 plus taxes. I'm so stoked right now!!!!

SERO users that ordered the phone, please post back after you activate next week.

I know i can buy any phone out there, but not all will compatible with the SERO and you're forced to change your plan.

Im interested to see if they are forcing the "data plan" issue like they do with the pre, instinct, and black berry phones.


im tempted to order now, but im gonna wait it out til i hear reviews...

my keyboard on my TP is goin nutso now, so its time to get it replaced anyway...

I called sprint to double check it was the touch pro 2 and I got over nite shipping and they told me yes it was the touch pro 2 and over nite shipping was included because I am a premier customer and then gave me 70 dollar credit for upgrading lol

For what it's worth, I just called my EVP rep, he said the phones went into inventory today and should be shipping out. Since I did the overnight shipping, I should get it tomorrow. So maybe some of you will get it tomorrow. It's just odd that telesales had it available before it was online.

hey did anybody have to pay some kind of equipment tax when ordering? the rep i spoke to told me it was some sort of requirement for new york state.

$493.55 after taxes and $150 off for the 2 year upgrade.......Had the activation and shipping fee removed.

so I tried to upgrade a Sero F&F 500 plan to the TP2 today and they told me I can not do it unless I change the plan to the Everything Plus (59.99 monthly) plan...

anyone else getting this? got ideas how to get around this?

I won't pay the activation fee, and if I am charged I will call and remove it. Also called and got $70 credit for renewing my contract.

I asked specifically asked if I had to change my plan and my representative said she would have to ask, and whoever was right next to her immediately said, "No, you don't have to change your plan".

If you had trouble, call back and get another representative on the phone.

I got the same story- that sero plans can't have a pda phone because a pda phone "uses too much data"- anyway the rep ordered the phone for me but warned me I would not be able to activate it on a SERO plan- can't you activate the phone online? We shall see!!

If they won't activate my Touch Pro 2 on my SERO plan, I will kindly return it through the nearest Sprint Stores front window strapped to a brick for stability.

I don't think it will be an issue though. You can usually talk them into anything.

I used that number to order too, and 3 reps all said the SERO will not work with it. The closest thing to it is the Everything plus, identical if not, more offers than the good old Sero and, well, $60 a month.

I can't resist the urge so I had to place an order. Full retail of course. If I can keep my old plan with I paid full retail excuse works when it gets here lol.

Sometimes we all have to move on.

Now who wants my Touch Pro with a 3,000 mAh brick battery?

yeah i was of the same opinion but the rep would not confirm that by ordering the TP2 (with the contract comminment discount...) she would not change my plan to the everything plus plan
