I use GPS Gate as the go between app between the GPS Chip & Tom Tom. It's slightly inconvienient to start/stop it but at least it works.

I wish there was a way to create a shortcut that would startup GPSgate then run Tomtom.... with only 1 click...

You could easily do that with a mortscript. I don't know much about writing the code, but it would just be a launch one app, wait x time, launch the second app (I would think).

I have attached a script i use to start navizon and wifi and then change a registry entry. I just place the file in my start menu directory and then place it in my icons list.

Looking over the file you posted (it look like some basic scripting, nothing too complex), I just have to have mortscript installed and create a mscr txt file and create a shortcut in the start menu? Right ?

So for syntax, would this be correct (not exact folders, just for example)
Run( "\program files\GPSgate\GPSgate.exe" )
Run( "\program files\Navagator\Tomtom.exe" )

For the newbies, This would run GPSgate then run Tomtom one right after the other...

Questons..
1. What is the syntax to put inbetween to put a delay (like a 3-4 second delay) ?
2. How do I make the icon of on of the apps ? (like for example, I want it to open Tomtom, so how do I make the icon for it be the Tomtom icon.?)
3. Is it ok to go directly to the files in Program files, so I can delete the other shortcuts in my start menu (why have 3 icons to run one program ?)

Very cool, I think this will help everyone on this subject...and make me feel a little better about the GPS on the TP2...till vzw gets a WP7 phone...

1. Your inital syntax looks fine. I do not know enough about mortscript to add delays. Google is your friend. That is how I figured out how to make my script.
2. I don't know how to make it the tom tom icon. I just use the default mortscript icon.
3. Yes it is fine to go directly to files in program files. Your other shortcut arnt needed.

No you hav eto use the unlocker flash the radio and then relock your device. What issue do you have with the HSPL
