Re: SOD even after hard resets? :(
You should read a few of the threads that have to do with this.
I had the same problem. Took it into the Sprint store. Got a replacement and never had the problem again. p. |

yea i read a couple threads about it. one of them said reflash, not just hard reset, so ill give that a shot first. i called sprint and they said they can send a replacement but ill probably keep having the issue until there is a official htc hotfix blah blah blah... then had the nerve to tell me they cant send a replacement until i pay the rest of my bill. sprint always gives me the run around but ive never heard that 1 before... cant pay my bill until next week though then i wonder what kinda excuse theyll have... |

Re: SOD even after hard resets? :(
Yeah and while you're at it... You should put windows XP on your PC too. LOL.
Why take a step back? Your phone is supposed to be 6.5 compatible and it obviously isn't. Why not get the issue resolved and get a phone without a scratch on it in the process... Even if it is refurbished. Face it. Your phone is not new any more eiteher. p. |
