yea i read a couple threads about it. one of them said reflash, not just hard reset, so ill give that a shot first. i called sprint and they said they can send a replacement but ill probably keep having the issue until there is a official htc hotfix blah blah blah... then had the nerve to tell me they cant send a replacement until i pay the rest of my bill. sprint always gives me the run around but ive never heard that 1 before... cant pay my bill until next week though
then i wonder what kinda excuse theyll have...
