That's hard to understand?

The Evo fee is a fluff fee. Pure and simple. Sprint needs revenue, in comes a fluff fee. I am ok with paying $10 more, keeping SERO and getting one of the newer phones.

What about the other $10 I'll have to pay? ANOTHER fluff fee. One is tolerable. Two is ridiculous, especially when combined they are 2/3 of what I pay total now.
If you dont wanna pay it keep your touch pro and be happy. You folks want sprint to bend over backwards for you when you're already getting the CHEAPEST plans in the country for phone service. SUCK IT UP AND PAY IT OR KEEP YOUR OLD PHONE! Its that simple.

Re: New SERO Oct 1st

I called sprint customer service today and asked about upgraded to the evo or epic in October. I asked if my plan was able to do this and she said yes for an additional $20 a month. My current plan isn't a sero plan it is a Emp F&F 500 Sprint Data Adv plan. I have no complaints with paying the extra money. I'm just happy if down the road I want to upgrade I can.

Wow, this thread got crazy. LOL. The actual thread that spoke about SERO is in the off topic section. Maybe this thread should be merged with it.
here is the original (and massive) thread:

This is a fun thread to read.

The discussion go too heated at Sprintusers and the Mods are shutting down any new discussion on the subject until the plan actually becomes available.

I agree. I went and did just that. Looks like a new user broke the news over here at PPCGeeks. He definately deserves a few clicks of the thanks button

Re: New SERO Oct 1st

Interesting...My current plan is current only $20 a month with 3000 anytime and unlimited everything else, changing from my TP2 to an EVo or Epic would be doubling my current bill...$40 isnt that bad.... I think im going to keep my TP2 until they actually offer 4G in my area.

How did you manage that? I have the F&F that an employee signed me up with for the $30 and 500min with unlimited everything else. I then have a 23% discount that was accidentally left on. So mine is $23.10 BEFORE tax. After I pay $27.47

So how did you not only get it cheaper but 2,500 minutes more?

Not that I am complaining, i'm just asking cause it must be a really old plan or some error. Just like mine with the 23% off the old F&F Referral.

Now I dont use that many minutes, but if you REALLY used minutes, then that plan would be a definite to hold on to.

For me, paying $20 more while not quite double is STILL cheaper than any other carrier AND any other Sprint plan so I am ok with that.

But wow is all I have to say about your plan.
