I need some help (Verizon)

First things first, how many refurbs does it take for Verizon to give you an alternate phone (Droid, Blackberry, something comparable to TP2)?

So I have had Verizon Touch Pro 2's since they first came out. I had my original one from September until November when the microphone went out. I was sent a refurb. That refurb got the rainbow banding in January, so I was sent another refurb (the phone I have today). This current phone now has the rainbow banding again.

I will be bringing in my phone tomorrow to Verizon to get my problem solved. I no longer want my TP2 as it has been nothing but problems

Does anyone have any suggestions that I could do, WITHOUT BREAKING MY CONTRACT and having to pay the Early Termination Fee. I am tired of the refurbs that do not work and want something new. Is there anything I can do to get a comparable phone swapped for my defective Touch Pro 2?

Any suggestions are welcome

verizon probably wont give you a different phone but if you call assurian and pay the deductible they will give you they choice of about 5 different phones

Are you referring to Asurion or Verizon? This will be my fourth Touch Pro 2 if I just get another refurb

i'm in the same boat, just bought a new tp2 in feb and they already have sent me 2 tp2's in the last 2 weeks. i would like to get a NEW 1 if possible cause the newest 1 i have, has touch screen problems

What kind of touch screen problems? Rainbow banding?

I talked with Verizon and they said that the touch pro 2 hasn't had enough complaints to warrant me switching to another device. So I guess I'm in the boat for another year and a half with defective refurbs that don't work and that I have to swap out every month and a half

With sprint i know its 3 devices in 6 months before they change your phone.Show true disappointment be persistent and dont take no for an answer call asurious,call verizon,go to verizon store etc.
