What kind of touch screen problems? Rainbow banding?

I talked with Verizon and they said that the touch pro 2 hasn't had enough complaints to warrant me switching to another device. So I guess I'm in the boat for another year and a half with defective refurbs that don't work and that I have to swap out every month and a half
