Yea, Uh, I realize that. I thought that was obvious. My point was they used to deny you if you've had a tattoo/piercing at all in the last 12 months. They never even asked if it was at a licensed shop. That's my point. Made no sense.
NOW the actually ask if you've been to a licensed shop, which makes much more sense. The 3 tattoo artists I've been to have all bin licensed, and I've even seen them setting up for my session each time, so I know they've been using fresh, sterile products on me.
