I am another Sprint TP2 user for whom the HSPL doesn't work and have gotten no response from support tickets.

I wonder why don't we actually do something about this?... it is really sad indeed. many people are being left helpless.

edit: I know a few people who haven't been able to flash due to un responding support... I think PPCG should work on there own unlocker

I would donate to that project if it meant we could

anyone else? rather trust our own community than another that seems to just collect and go.

Well I tried again last Saturday and the Sim Unlocker worked. I also received a a reply from from Olipro. Well my phone is unlocked and that's all I wanted.

It's all about the money. For those that remember, it was speculated that it was all about money as to why the release of the HSPL was delayed. I'm cool with "donations" until they're no longer just that, because last I checked, a "donation" is not something that should ever be required.

won't the new official Sprint 6.5 update relock all these phones again? So if someone were to "try out" the official ROM, they'll have to unlock their fone again?

I'm glad that I never bothered to unlock my TP2.

No it will not re lock our phones. What you will have to do is after flashing the updated Sprint rom, it must likely will have a new radio that is a WF and those of us in the US who want to use TMO or ATT will have to flash the radio to one of the WU radios that are available until Olipro hacks the updated radio to be WU.

I forgot whether or not it relocked my phone after I updated my TP1 to the last official sprint rom using the RUU or whatever the official rom loader is called. in my mind, it seemed like it relocked it.
