Yeah, they might treat it like Sprint treated the Touch Pro. So many people exchanged & exchanged & exchanged that eventually they started trying to push you into a different phone. Don't be fooled into thinking that pestering Verizon will inspire them to actually FIX anything, all they'll do is boot you for being a troublemaker. Sucky business practices, but thats the way companies work now.

If it's the ROM then what's stopping you from just flashing a different one? Seems like a lot of anger over a simple problem you could easily fix yourself.

you clearly don't have US Cellular, they will swap your battery any time up to 4 times a month for free. pff.
If any employee shows you the door at a retail store while trying to get replacement after replacement call corporate and have them work something out with you. They are a lot nicer and usually have an easier time accommodating.


to help get a better understanding of whats going on answer these questions please:

exactly how long do you spend browsing?
where is the nearest tower to you?
when do you charge your phone?
what kind of charger are you using? (blackberry, motorola, generic, htc?)
when driving to work do you top off your phone on a car charger?
