My friends are running Android 2.1 (like most everyone else with a G1 is). Yes, it shipped with the first Android, but it now runs Android 2.1 just like your Nexus One.

And I am comparing it to that one to demonstrate the exact same thing you are- older hardware runs slower than faster hardware. You are acting like the OS is the only reason why your Nexus One is faster thaster than your Touch Pro 2. So I am pointing out that the same Touch Pro 2, running that same OS, is a lot faster than a G1 running Android 2.1.

Yes, WinMo 7 is coming. That doesn't mean WinMo 6.5 is horrible.

it means winmo needs a change thats exactly what it means, and after the change. i'm not comparing it to the nexus one, i've wrote it like 10x already about the droid and the ervius. they do not have better specs then the tp2. open your eyes man, 6.5 is dead and failing. winmo 7 is on the horizon and everybody is waiting for it because 6.5 is outdated compared to everything else. face it. i 'm comparing nexus one to hd2 and tp2 to droid or ervius. those are fair comparisons.

you want to talk about dense, man i said EVERYTHING, you act like i didn't make that bold enough. everything android does is better then winmo 6.5. i'm not going to write a novel for you, you played with a g1 for 10 minutes and youre comparing that to the hd2, i'm promise you the user gets more out of a g1 then the hd2. also you act like mobile shell is the best shell for winmo, no sense 2.5 is.

Again, you are wrong. The Droid has a way better processor than the Touch Pro 2. It is faster, and it is also a next generation processor (processing more info per clock cycle).

So please stop man. You are spouting all of this totally wrong info. Just because WinMo 7 is on the horizon does NOT mean WinMo 6.5 sucks. Did it mean Android 2.0 totally sucked because they were working on 2.1? get real man.

Just because they are making something even better doesn't mean the current version is pure garbage.

like i said what are you really expecting to change on the hd2 that we don't have already? we've already ripped sense 2.5 and its only running winmo 6.5 not even 6.5.x so do you think you are about to be surprised by anything. Man you don't realize the only upgrade from the tp2 to the hd2 is the screen size, capcitive touch (for mulititouch aka pinch to zoom), and faster processor. No new features are about to be introduced to the game. i don't need to own an hd2 to realize i'm not getting any new features just a faster processor. is opera 9.7 somehow suppose to magically start browsing differently? I just don't understand what you really expect to change on the hd2 besides speed. if the only thing i liked about my nexus was the speed then i would buy an hd2.

I know that's what you said, I just called BS on it. get it? You said Android does EVERYTHING better, and I said you were full of it. I'm still waiting for you it give me even 1 example of what it does better.

So far all i have got out of you is- it has a better interface, and you like the apps better. Oh yeah, and it runs faster when you compare newer hardware to older hardware.

You're now claiming a user gets more out of a G1 than an HD2? LOL, get out of here man. you're turning into a troll. I already told you, I could trade either one of my friends RIGHT NOW my Touch pro 2 for their G1. Either one of them would not only do it, but probably give me some money along with their G1. And you think they would take their G1 over an HD2? LOL!

Go play with a g1 and then come back and tell me that.

And like I keep saying- the newer hardware IS a big deal. It's the main reason you are so infatuated with the Nexus One. because an HD2 running Mobile Shell can do everything the Nexus One can do, plus more (slingbox, install apps to storage card, word and excel, full version of websites and youtube, etc).

P-slim do you honestly think a g1 is better then the HD2??? If you do i have nothing else to say. The HD2 is one of the reasons why microsoft is gaining market share. The G1 mad eandriod look horrible and everybody i know that has one hates the damn thing. If you honestly can say the G1 is better then you are full of it and you can't argue with someone who won't admit the obvious.
