those plans with no contract are great but the device prices are a little crazy. Atleast with a contract it takes some sting off of the $500+ pricetags for phones. And being the junkie i am I would want to upgrade probably 1-2 times a year especially with whats coming down the line. ouch
Those prices without contract are a real eye opener

T-Mobile lets you break the cost of the device up into 20 interest free payments if you want- still without a contract on the plan.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?

Do we have to reflash to 6.1 stock first before we flash 6.5. I have 6.5 Mighty War right now.

Yeah, I used that when I bought my TP2 on the first day of release (I can proudly say I was one of the first in the US). It's really nice to see they offer their own version of credit. Really helped for Christmastime this year.

WiMax handsets available late 2010. Better late than never. Oh wait, my mistake, that's way too late.

Looks like Sprint's going to have some cars running on that 4G highway of theirs before anyone else. Then i can post i am proudly surfing on the nations first 4G Network my 4G Phone from HTC.

And i thought the HTC MAX 4G was amazing. This is going to be better on all aspects

First 4G, yes technically. Fastest network? Probably not.

I don't know what you mean by better on all aspects? HTC and Microsoft have both said that the HD2 is their flagship phone, every other phone will be 2nd best. Just think about it, the HD1 came out, and still nothing over here came out as good till rhodium ( which was a year or more longer. all we got was the touch and mogul in that same time frame) hd is just as good as the pro 1 and diamond and it came out waaaaay before them.

besides the fact that end of the year is so far from spring, the fact that its a bar phone means no keyboard so more then likely smaller screen then the hd2.
