Can't get this to work on EnergyROM. I am going to try and get the provisioning off MightyROM and try it on Energy and see if that helps, will update with the results.

The provisioning won't help, I just copied his values into the appropriate keys for Jataayu.

I would double/triple check everything settings wise.

It is working perfectly for me using Juicy & Verizon. If it works with Juicy's ROM, I would think the same setup would work with NRG also. Generally, I have found these ROM's are similar enough that if something works in one the chances are good it will work in the other the same way.

If I get time later, I may flash to NRG & try it myself just to see what happens.

I'm running NRG EnergyROM on Verizon, I ran Valkyrie 2.5 MMS fix and adjusted the mms settings. Not working for me. Can someone who has this working list all the changes they made.

From what I just read in this thread, which was from start to finish, do not install Valkyrie cab or Arcsoft, make the necessary mms changes and you (Verizon users) are good to go.

That's about right, and I haven't forgotten about the Sprint Users, that's why I spent so much time on this yesterday, that and all the snow. Once I finish my first cup of coffee, I'll start on it again today.

Re: Native HTC messaging MMS fix (collaboration)

i been gone for awhile, so i just skimmed. what difference's are there from verizon users to sprint users; besides the http:\\mms.sprintpcs.com? i though/assumed that was the only change.

from skimming the last page, ziggy: looks like you made way for verizon/mms/htc. i wish you had sprint. and thanks for everything you done so far and will do for us (sprint)

Re: Native HTC messaging MMS fix (collaboration)

Here is how I was FINALLY able to get VZW MMS working on the latest 21885

1) Installed: MMS Fix (M2.5) (Verizon) (Valkyrie).cab

2) Changed server to: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms?X-VZW-MDN=<your ten-digit phone number>

3) Changed WAP to "none" !!

This is what has worked for me, now on two different ROMs. The first Juicy R5 and now MM War 12/19. Gotta love it.

So do we need to do step 1 or not? I have seen conflicting posts where people just changed the server and wap to none

Can anyone confirm? Jmorton, what did you do?
