I don't know. I run it on WM 6.5, and I use the finger friendly menus of WM 6.5. It's perfect with Mobile Shell. I haven't used my stylus in what seems like forever (months). I don't know that I've ever used my stylus with WM 6.5 and Mobile Shell installed. I can't remember ever doing so at the moment at least...

So I guess I'm not entirely sure if WM6.5 is responsible for the finger friendly menus, or if HTC is. But I have finger friendly menus and can't remember the last time I had to use my stylus for anything other than setting up the screen during a ROM install, or soft resetting the device.

Yeah I use 6.5 too. I posted over in the spb forums about a few issues right when 3.5.2 first came out. One was about the task manager and the other was about the finger friendly menu's. I like the HTC ones rather then the default wm menu's that are just like the typical menus, just bigger :P. They're kind of ugly in my oppinion.

Re: new spb shell works much better with tp2

Anyone know how to temporary stopping the spb shell from a script? I need to disable the spb to get more memory before I can get TTS to work with IGO8. I am able to do this with manila.

Thanks

Re: new spb shell works much better with tp2

Since I've first used my TP2 several months ago,
I can not read the body of my corporate email,
only the heading (i.e. From and Subject), in the
mail tab of TF3D. I use CommonTime mNotes and
have contacted there support group, and was told
that they could not help with this issue.

However, after installing the latest version of
Spb MS, I'm able to read the complete message
on the envelope in the Lifestyle screen without
opening it.

Does anyone know of a way I can get this to work
the same way in TF3D?

All the Best!

I'm seriously starting to miss the task manager...it disappears when I have an app open so can't switch back and forth between apps on sbc shell easily like I could on the touch flo. Are they any options for this? (I'm running 6.1)

SPB Mobile Shell has a task manager widget you can add. It's under shortcut->tools.

Cool thanks...I added it; however if I have, for instance, Opera open, there is no way to keep Opera open and go to a different application aside from the home button which takes me to the Today screen. I just wish the task manager would stay visible when you have an application open so I can switch back and forth. For instance I often will have Google Maps running but want to be able to go to other apps. Oh well, I'll have to work around it.
