Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

Im thinking about it, I have been having a metric crap ton of problems with aGPS on this darn thing.
I already had verizon send out a replacement under warranty, but I am seriously thinking about using warranty and trying to get a touch pro,

Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

Man she sucks....... She says, "There's no option to choose another phone. When you file your claim through Asurion we replace your equipment with the previous equipment."

I told her I would call Verizon to find out for sure. She says she'll keep the claim open until then.

So i guess I'll call them back later and tell them to close the claim. Then try to start over and choose the, "alternate phone", option.

jeeezzzz

Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

Nice!!! thanks for the pic. I'm going to try it soon..

It sounds like you're afraid to process it though!! haha! Hopefully you get it; just make sure you do a screen shot of your order when it's complete. That way you can complain if they send you something other than the XV6850.

Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

HEH. yeah, I havent decided if I am gonna do it yet or not. I finally got aGPS straightened out on my 6800, but I had to subscribe to VZNav to get aGPS working.

I would still love a TP. I am gonna give myself this weekend to decide. So I may end up doing it sunday.. LOL. Ill let ya know what happens.

Good luck!
