Try to complete the transaction online. Go to the Asurion website and follow the instructions to complete a claim. One of the last steps in the online process will tell you what model phone they will provide you. If the model is not what you want, then just cancel the claim right there.
I don't know if the person you spoke to was giving you a "generic" answer; but the online system will actually check what they have available in stock and tell you what replacement options you have. Give it a try and let us know what happens. Although, I've heard that the HTC Touch Pro is on back-order, so it may take a few days to get it.

Ok my dad is at lowes and I called them back, the girl I talked to said I could get the HTC 6850(HTC Touch Pro) and since my dad was out I could finish the claim online. So when he gets home I will, hey do yall know when it will get here, do they ship on weekends. Im so glad.
 . It was pretty easy to sweet talk this girl

good for you I told you !!!!!! well they shipped my touch pro on Friday next day and I wont get it till Monday so my answer is no weekend shipping well at least not for me lol!!!! awsome glad we could help enjoy your new phone !!!!!!oh and the sweet talking will get you anything I been telling you since the begining lol it was a goog idea from quiquito to do it online that sliped my mind totally forgot about that ....... I'll hit that thanks button once for quiquito great thinking

Ok I filed the claim and called back a differnt girl answered and they are sending me the Touch Pro for only $50, yes I can't wait till Tuesday

yep and I thnxed you. Have you gotten yours yet, yea tell me were you got your apps and stuff. I cant wait it will be at my dads house on Monday but I live with my mom so he will drop it off on tuesday. Yea well I had to tell them online to give me the Touch Pro and then I jyst finished it online but I couldnt sweet talk them oline so I called, thnx for your advice, thnx alot.

cool I'll get my touch pro tomorrow but I have alot of apps on the diamond that work on it plus a couple of good apps on my micro sd I'm mssg you as soon as I get it k ..... oh and no prob if we all help eachother out we can all get ahead u know a piece of the pie for everyone lol!!!

yea lol. Yea I will have mine tuesday. So you just ordered one, I have verizon and you have sprint right? I think the only difference is the looks and mine has a locked GPS. Idk why verizon does that.lol, yep. Yea tell me how the TP is when you get it
