Angry Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

I hope you made out better than I did... This is BS! Not only do I need a phone "like now"; they want me to fill out some Claims Document form. Until the form is completed and either faxed and mailed back to them, I can't finish the claim. This is nonsense!

I have a screenshot.

Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

WEll, I tried to process my claim and they made me print out and fill out, then fax an affidavit. I bet they also stick me with the 100 charge too since it will prolly be monday until they check their fax machine.

Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

If you want a new phone, here is how to do it..

Brick your phone upgrading to MR2, call Verizon, get new phone.

I did it for a 6.1 upgrade to my i760 and I am pretty sure they'll believe you considering they just sent out a blanket text to upgrade to MR2.

Re: Asuron, XV6800 replacement

No bueno for me. I had to call them back to see if they got my fax, but they referred me back to verizon to verify what model phone i had. They were showing it to be a xv6800.

Oh well I didnt do the claim as they were going to send out a 6800
