Following, GC14's original tutorial...
Since verizon aGPS is not working for some, if you want to use the Telus settings that continue to work well, do not run GC aGPS cab. Use the cab that I posted above based on whether you have Valhalla or custom ROM.

Guys, If you run GCs cab, you are telling the registry to look for the VZW aGPS IP address. It will undo any registry changes that you enter manually. If you wish to point to Verizon aGPS because it is working for you, it is just fine to use GC's cab. If you want Telus, flash mine.

Not sure what you are asking for...

If you want to know what aGPS does read here.

If you want to know how to get GPS working, we need to know what rom you are on (What version of stock VZW, which custom ROM, etc) and what you have done so far, if anything.

Awesome. I didn't even think to check the original page since I was having problems with it the other day. Thanks so much!

Re: VZW aGPS issues anyone?

The registry edit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Valhalla Legends\GPSServer\Mode = 0 does work for stock vzw roms mr1 and mr2 for the 6800. I just verified it myself. the locks take longer ( i think it is gps not agps) but it is working (googlemaps). Hope this helps.
