I understand that you want to know if you can obtain a credit for Mogul PPC 6800.

Upon receiving the mail, I discussed the case with my supervisor and conveyed to him, that since the handset you have purchased is not even one month old, you should be given the credit. After a long discussion I managed to convince him to give you a credit of $111.00

i got a credit for $131, i told the guy who helped me about the the difference in sales tax from buying at 399.99 instead of 288.99. So he just game me an extra $20

GRRRR!!!! I finally found a CSR who was willing to even discuss this with me, and halfway through the call (after 40 mins on hold), the call drops!!!!!

Anybody get this credit with only a year of service? Just wondering if it's even worth my time. I'm a SERO customer that just upgraded and got the $75 credit. I tried this morning and the rep said they can't match the prices on the website, and this was a lady in retentions/cancellations.

I got the credit tonight I just simply stated that it was cheaper then what I had gotten it for. They dropped the price $111 dollars so if you were only eligible for $75 then you would pay 288+75 rather then 459- $75. Either way you will save money with the credit. Just don't expect to get the phone for 288.99
