Nice, so I guess I should be expecting it wihtin the next couple of cycles, that being said, I'm pissed then that I had to cancel my account and get a new number ( i only had it fora few days but whatever) cause I had put that number in a referral thing as well as used that number as a referrer (sp) so I don't know if its number based or account based now...does anyone know off hand if its number based or account based?

TIA

PH

PS how do you check your order status wiht a sero ordered phone? do you have to call them up or can i check it online?! thanks again

Well I didnt even pay $288 for mine. Hat a Moto Q that was free after rebates and swapped the Q + $100 for the Mogul, all it took was one simple call to retentions and i said the Q didnt have what i wanted.

the payment you made posted to your account and the end of the cycle when your bill prints, the charge for the phone will cancel out that credit

?

I have had a hell of a time with CS on the phone (3 days, 8+ hours trying to get my EVDO to work properly). What email are you guys using to get this stuff done. I spoke to a rep that was going to convert my account over to SERO (still in my 30 days) and she said she couldn't get it to work on the system, I talked to the SERO rep they wouldn't convert so I figured I would try email before sitting on hold for hours on end.

Thanks for the help ahead of time

Here's my e-mail and reply.

Quote:
Hello letsgoflyers81,

Thank you for contacting Sprint regarding the charge of the Mougl phone.

Yes, we do offer the credit of $111.00 to our customers with SERO Plan. I understand you purchased a phone at the rate of $399.99 and wish to get $111.00 credit to the account. You need not worry at all about this.

As you are our valuable customer, I have applied a credit of $111.00 to the account. This credit contains service credit of $100.00 and credit of $11.00. Please be informed that the service credit will adjust against the monthly service charge and will reflect on the next invoice. As the service credit is a special credit, it will not reflect on the online invoice. However, be assured that the total credit of $111.00 has been applied to the account.

Please let me know if I have resolved your concern by replying to my email.

Thank you for contacting Sprint, we were happy to assist you. Please feel free to write back if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

Question: Hello,

I purchased an HTC Mogul (PPC-6800) for my SERO plan for $399.99 plus tax on 6/20/07. I was browsing the SERO website again today and noticed that the Mogul is now selling for $288.99 with new activation on a SERO plan. I am disappointed that I was not able to get this price for my purchase since it was new activation pricing. Since I am still within 30 days of when I purchased the phone, can you please credit my account with the difference in price? I would greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter.

Thank you,
letsgoflyers81

Grr, shot down twice over e-mail. What customer service number are you dialling, for those of you who managed to get the credit over the phone?

Again, people have failed to mention that this is for SERO plan members only. Please, make sure that is noted in any SERO-news so the customer service agents don't get phone calls and get screamed at by people that aren't even affected by this.
