your zip code has to be somewhere with no repair centers near.

does anyone know when sprint will stop sending out refurb moguls?

Can I use some other zip code that isn't really mine? Edit: Just searched and people said to do that. Will try. Edit 2: Shows Mogul replacement for me too :/ I'll hold off.

Hey, My Mogul was giving charging issues, keyboard button issues, random resetting, etc. Went Online (Phoneclaim.com) and chose physical damage so they directed me to local repair center. Started over again and in the drop down box to choose my problem I chose port problems, bent pins (something like that). Then they accepted my claim and promised me a UT Starcom 6850. =D>. Claim was made the saturday night prior to insurance going up to $100. Touch pro arrived brand new in box on tuesday.. Queens NY.

i just got my mogul replaced with a touch pro through sprint TEP. they said they were out of moguls. i was on my 8th one and tired of double typing, white spot, etc. etc. i was nice and just explained my legit issues.

Well I made my claim last nite and my new phone is on its way to me and im geting htc touch pro from sprint and i only paid 50$

I tried the advanced exchange and they still offer me the 6800. Tried to do phoneclaim.com but they needed me to contact someone for more information on the account....

When did they stop giving touch pros for moguls for the advanced exchange? I got my touch pro in january for the mogul through advanced exchange. Why would they stop offering it?
