Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

Ok, so to update about my 6800 replacement: Asurian sent me the full monty, a fresh sprint touch pro retail box with all the goodies!!! This wolf is really happy ^.^


also, why is sprint so generous with their accessories compared to AT&T and VZW. they give just bare minimums. Sprint tends to give you a full package: decent case, the 1gb mem card, etc etc. my cousin got the AT&T fuze and didnt have those in them. <3 Sprint forever!!

Yep update on mine. Sprint was very quick about sending me a phone; however, it was another mogul so refurbs are still in stock. So far no problems with the refurb the last one barely lasted 48 hours before problems started showing up.

I work for Sprint in a tech support center in the last two weeks I've done several Advance Exchange orders and they all give the person the option of another Mogul or a Touch Pro. Just an F.Y.I. you can always tell the rep nevermind if you don't want the order completed just keep in mind if the old phone is returned and nothing is found wrong they can charge you full price for the new phone.

I just want a phone that works without me losing my texts and other issues I have been having. Not really gonna go into it and give people ideas of what to lie about because I'm being honest about my situation. I haven't heard many people at all say they had big problems with the Touch Pro and had to send it back in...I should have just told the guy nevermind don't do it and tried the next rep but like I said, I'm not looking for a free upgrade, just a working phone so I'll give it one more chance... If the phone works, I'm not gonna be a child and make up a reason to send it back in

I got my new Touch Pro in the mail on friday. I'm loving the new phone! It actually works!

The only issue now is delayed text messages and calls not going through, but that's a sprint issue. I hope they fix it soon.

I just got my TP today , I just went to: http://www.phoneclaim.com/sprint
told them that I "lost" my phone, the site said that I would be getting a TP for a replacement, I paid my $50. and the next day my TP arrived.

my phone has been giving me some issues. I went on the phoneclaim site last night and it said my replacement is the 6850. i'm an *** and thought the 6850 was the Touch and not the TP so I didn't take it. i'm gonna go back now.

The 6850 is the Touch Pro. The 6900 is the Touch, and the 6950 is the Diamond...

LOL I still don't get why Sprint doesn't just say, well sir your gps signal is showing your lost phone is right in your house. LOL Anyway, I hope you all are not trying to sell you "lost" Moguls or anything because you DO know they can never be used again right? smh @ all the fraud and they wonder why...

My buttons weren't all working properly and I had a blurry spot on my LCD, so I finally decided to get a new one. The Sprint TEP site said I would receive a refurbished mogul, so I called Assurion and they offered me a TP. It is charging right now
