I just want a phone that works without me losing my texts and other issues I have been having. Not really gonna go into it and give people ideas of what to lie about because I'm being honest about my situation. I haven't heard many people at all say they had big problems with the Touch Pro and had to send it back in...I should have just told the guy nevermind don't do it and tried the next rep but like I said, I'm not looking for a free upgrade, just a working phone so I'll give it one more chance... If the phone works, I'm not gonna be a child and make up a reason to send it back in
