Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs? - Page 23

Walked into a Sprint store yesterday with my Mogul and had them check out the green phone button that stopped working. They blamed it on me having HHC and UL installed so I told them to hard rest the phone and of course it still had the same issue. I have the $7 per month replacement plan so they told me I could wait 4 weeks for a new refurb Mogul or take a Touch Pro. My Touch Pro will be here today or Monday.

lol nothing special. it's just 2 phones but i would've thought they put them together to save trees but guess Sprint isn't green!

I didn't get a spare with mine...

is it supposed to come with a spare?

some get it and some dont but it seems like most do. so i'm hoping for the best! fingers crossed...

should be a new in box phone with all the accessories, i believe. i'm still waiting for mine though. tell u when i get it

maybe i am just unlucky but no matter how many times i have tried today it only offers me a refurb 6800, no touch pro.

quick question, does sprint charge anything to do the online exchange? like a deductible or anything?

my titan's battery lasts less than half a day (with minimal usage) and even after 2 replacement batteries from sprint its still doing the same thing

my tp came new in the box with all accessories. the return envelope was only big enough to send the mogul itself back, so i still have all the mogul accessories.
