Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

The sweet part is that you didn't get it from Sprint for free... Karma, I guess. Intentionally bricking your phone to try to get a free upgrade? Too bad it's not past the 19th of April yet. People like you should have to pay out the nose for replacements.
