Yeppers, I had a 6700 on my account, did an advanced exchange to get a refurb Touch Pro, then like 3 days later, I put my mogul back on my account, then did another advanced exchange on my same line to get a brand new touch pro. first pro i sold to a very good friend of mine for $50 for his wifey.

Btw, if anyone wants me to try to get a tracking number for them, you can shoot me a PM with your Order Number and I will try to get you a tracking number.

By the way, I apologize for any inconvenience, but it seems as if my access to the tracking numbers does not include advanced exchanges done using the advanced exchange website, only if the advanced exchange is done at a service & repair center. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. (doesn't mean i won't try to find a way to do it anyways...lol)

Are white spots and occassional freezing when in sleep mode actually enough to get it replaced? I have had these problems for months, but I figured I just had to live with as long as the thing was still operational. I have the $7 a month protection plan.

I filed a claim because of white spots, we'll see what happens and I'll keep you posted.

I came home from work last night to find a "Looks like we missed you" slip from UPS. Turns out that the phone was at my front door in less than 24 hours after the claim was made.

I drove to the UPS hub, waited in line for 5 minutes, and had my brand new TP.

the site to go to for your insurance claim is phoneclaim.com it tells you what they'll send you whether it's new or refurbished and all.

just so you know they are discontinued but they still had refurbished phones in the warehouse so just keep checking back a friend of mine from sprint told me they are trying to give people the diamond. you may have better luck if your phone has normal wear and tear or internal problems and going into the store.
