Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs? - Page 17

Just went through Sprint's and it said UTStarcom Touch Pro Kit so I guess I'll see. If not I'll go to the local store and let them see the sheet and see what they say. Yet yesterday it was still doing Moguls?

was on my 7th mogul in 9 months
called asurian told them i cracked my screen
they said they were out of moguls so they would have to send me the touch pro
i was like "but i really love my mogul" --- NOT!!!

(btw i did this like 5 minutes ago)

After that option they made me call in and pay the $50 deductible. The funny thing is that I haven't really messed with my phone for months. Then I saw an article on WinMo 6.5 and decided it was time to update to 6.1. Just did that, came here to find out about 6.5 (which I hadn't gotten a chance to do before seeing this thread) and now I have a Pro being shipped to my house. That is awesome. Thanks for the intel.

I had the $7/month insurance and it cost me Z E R O so far...still waiting at the mailbox like Charlie Brown...

One day to go...

Is there anyway to track where your phone is or where in the process it is?

****. I have $7 insurance too. They said it would be billed to my Sprint account, so I should be ok. Did you call Sprint for that? I just went straight to Asurian. Shoulda thought about that.

I gave a co-worker my Mogul for a new Diamond. the port went bad the first week. sprint tech support said they would send another mogul. they quickly changed their mind and said they were out. they ended up sending the touch pro instead.

Will these reasons qualify for the replacement? without getting charged extra?

White Spots
Keyboard issues (the letter"u" and the alt key)

I only ask because my sister has those problems on her mogul
