Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs? - Page 16

I just went to advanced exchange, they're sending me a TouchPro kit in exchange of my Mogul. Awesome. apparently it's $55+ taxes. So tired of NO ONE being able to hear me on the other end.

It used to be $55, but I believe Sprint just upped the rates for PDA phones.

EDIT: I guess some people are getting it for $55 still, not sure why I was charge twice that, but it is still cheaper than buying it new from Sprint (or even on eBay/Craigslist)

The updates for Assurion are $100 as of April I thought, hmm, $5 extra, well, still cheaper than what they wanted to charge me for this about 2 weeks ago.

I just went through the advance replacement. I did punch my zip ( nearest Sprint store is like 40 miles, as far as i know). I do have replacement plan, so my total came to a cool ZERO for HTC Pro.

Thanks guys.. just got mine for $55. I am so tired of my wheel scrolling the wrong way half the time and the biggest pet peeve is having to almost stand on the ALT and shift key to get them to work!

Not to mention the coma effect I get every 2 or 3 days or so when my phone only half wakes up after going to sleep (lights up, but screen doesn't display)

I was wondering do i need to have any type of insurance on my phone to do this?
The Self service replacement website found a repair center within my zipcode..... can i not go thru the online website for this?

I actually went on that self service site and provided my Phone number and Pin....then it said that there was a sprint repair center within 15 miles from my zip code.

I called the 2 sprint service repair centers and they said they were out of Moguls and i would have to wait 2-3 days if I CAME IN TODAY until they restock on moguls.

So does this mean that i wont necessarily get a TP?

just use some zip code out of nowhere. if you read back, you'll see that someone listed one i think. if not, use 95501. alaska heh it'll get you through
