Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

i ordered my tp through the advanced exchange tues morning at 9am, my sister ordered one at 11am. we both received our tps on wednesday. very quick delivery. they are brand new retail box kits with all the accessories.

someone else mentioned having a spare battery in the box. i assume this is from all the complaints about battery life on the tp, because we both had spare batteries in the packing box as well. they arent inside the retail box, but were put in with the packing slip and cushioning material, extra htc branded batteries.

if anyone is still trying to get the tp, id suggest just trying a couple times a day at various hours. the availability changes based on their stock, you just have to hit it at the right time when they have no more moguls in the system.

i believe april 19th is the cut off date for when the asurion mogul tep replacement cost doubles, so you got 8 weeks or so to try to get a tp for the current $50 charge.

^^^^ good info guess I was a day late then because I put my order in wed morning. DANG...but odds are if this mogul I get is as messed up as the other refurbs I have had to send back they may send me a TP.....idk we will see. ....if anything im sure it will mess up before the 30 days are over because moguls have Moguled life span LMFAO SO just made that up.

Yes they are, of course as they get them back from being refurbished they will be doling them out.
Think about, 7,000 people send in moguls under TEP, they only have 3,000 in stock, After running out of the refurbed moguls, they HAVE to give out touch pros. What do you think they do with the 7,000 moguls sent in? They send them out to be refurbed. A month later, they get 4,000 moguls back from refurbishment.

Or something like that, the point is that you have to get in at the right time to get a touch pro.

This is one big crazy game! My replacement Mogul started to freeze up on me yesterday. I called sprint repair center where I got my last 3 moguls and they say to bring it in so they can "troubleshoot" it.
